Bailey Custom Homes & Renovations, LLC is a new home builder in the greater Houston area, founded in 2019. Although new, the company is owned & operated by Grant Bailey who has over 25 years of building experience from renovations to constructing multi-million homes from the ground up. Bailey Custom Homes have great working relationships with many exceptionally skilled subcontractors. They have built custom homes in Kingwood, The Woodlands, Cinco Ranch, Greatwood, Lago Woods, Tres Lagos, Stillwater, Bridgeland, Auburn Lake Estates, & Sienna Plantation to name a few. Bailey Custom Homes & Renovations is a member of the GHBA.

Grant, graduate from the University of Kansas, is a family man with strong ties to Houston and the surrounding communities and takes great pride in his work. He enjoys working with people and seeing clients proud of the finished product that he describes as innovative, conscientious, timely, and pure quality. Grant enjoys the versatility offered in building & working with homes from traditional to contemporary styles.
